GUSA's 5 day, no hassle returns:
Return arrangements should be made within 5 days of receipt of your item. This can be done by calling our shop or via emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will quickly get you a return shipping label.
Unless prior arrangements have been made with us, your refund will be less shipping costs. You can have a refund applied as a store credit, item exchange for an in-stock* item, or simply get your money back. (or any combination of these)
To return an item, call the shop at (336) 306-9500 to get a RA number. (Any item being retuned without an RA number will be refused.) The returning item must be shipped back in the same condition in which it was shipped and must INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL TAGS, PAPERS, ETC... in unaltered condition and in the same shipping container we sent it to you in. If there is any damage to the item due to inappropriate/inadequate return packaging or wear from being handled or played, the return item will incur a restocking fee to cover damage, or, depending on the extent of damage/wear, may not be eligible for a return or refund. So please, carefully handle/play the item, until you are sure you will be keeping it. If you need to return the item, carefully repack it to ensure a smooth return process.
We will not accept a return if the item has been modified in any way.
All items marked Consignment, B-stock, C-stock, Demo, Floor Model, Open Box or any other language that indicates an item is less than Brand New Condition are sold as-is, with no returns, unless previous arrangements have been made with a GUSA associate.
As with many things in life, we find that having flexibility in our policies is important and each customer/deal is different. So if your needs fall outside this policy, feel free to call us, in advance of your purchase, and we'll see what we can work out, together.
*All refunds may be subject to a restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping costs.
* In Stock items are any item physically in store and ready to ship. If there is an item you wish to exchange for that we do not have in stock, give us a call let us know what it is and we will check on availability & delivery time for you.
